How our pricing works

Every order is quoted on three things: the product, the quantity and the delivery address. Your quote shows the material and delivery together, so you see the full cost before you confirm.

What affects your price

Factor	How it works
Product	Each product has its own rate. Premium soils and decorative stone cost more than fill materials such as recycled concrete.
Quantity	Loose materials are priced per cubic metre (m³). Turf is priced per square metre (m²).
Delivery distance	Delivery is priced by distance from our yard to your address.
Truck size	Larger orders go on larger trucks: body trucks, twin steers or truck and dog combinations.
Access	Tight or steep access can mean a smaller truck is needed.

Ways to keep costs down

Order the right amount once

A second small delivery costs more than getting the quantity right the first time. Add about 5–10% to your measured volume for settling and uneven ground.

Use recycled products for hidden layers

Recycled concrete and crusher dust make good bases and fill at a lower price than virgin blue metal.
